I take the time to understand your circumstances and to fully appreciate your requirements for this search. Together we consider your preferred locations and explore the intricacies of what you are looking for in a home or investment property.

2. Extensive Property Search

Having established your brief, I begin to research, view and shortlist suitable properties. At this stage, I reach out to all industry contacts to ensure a complete and comprehensive on and off market property search.

Throughout this process I will be your single point of contact, updating you on progress as I shortlist only the very best properties that match your key requirements.

3. Property Viewings

Together we view all shortlisted properties.  Live video tours are arranged for overseas clients. I will provide an honest evaluation on properties of interest and, for clients purchasing, extensive due-diligence on vendor circumstances and live market conditions.

Throughout the process I am available for regular meetings to discuss progress and where required, to fine tune your brief as the search and your preferences develop.

4. Negotiation

Once you identify a property with which you wish to proceed, we agree on the best negotiation strategy and I negotiate on your behalf to achieve the best terms. I treat every client’s search as if it were my own.

5. Sales/Rental Progression

I will remain involved right up to moving day. For clients purchasing, I will manage the process between the seller’s agent, solicitors, mortgage brokers and all other involved parties to ensure as smooth and efficient a process as possible.

For rental clients, I will oversee the referencing process, signing of the tenancy agreement and remain involved until you receive the keys for your new home.
